Refund policy for The Nataki Yoga School “Living Divinity Within” Program:
For the purposes of this contract, The Nataki Yoga School’s “Living Divinity Within” program will be referred to as “The Program”
Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a deposit of $500 to hold applicant’s place in the program.
If applicant cancels thirty (30) days or more before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 60% of the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded.
If applicant cancels 1-29 days before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 100% of the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded.
**The program tuition fees are non-refundable.**
If a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, the program may or may not give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion.
The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
Special Cases:
In case a student needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program will provide a reasonable and fair refund upon receipt of sufficient documentation.
Notice of Cancellation:
The program requires that any notice of cancellation or withdrawal by a student must be provided by email and follow-up confirmation or via certified mail.
Admission Denials:
An applicant who is denied admission into the program is entitled to a full refund of all money paid by said applicant.
Three (3) Day Cancellation:
An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days after signing the training agreement is entitled to a refund of all money paid. The refund will be paid within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice of cancellation.
Bad Conduct:
No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.
