Congratulations!

 If you are reading this, that means that something has led you here, and you have decided to follow that lead. 


This is all about becoming plant-based. 


Perhaps you would like to know what "the hype" is around being plant based, or perhaps you know what being plant based is all about, and you would like to gain further insight.

 

Either way, you are one step closer to greater health!

 

First, I want to begin with stating that this platform is not intended to persuade you to become plant based, but help guide you on a plant based journey that you have already begun. 


If you do still need convincing, there are wonderful documentaries such as, "Game Changers," "What the Health," "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead," and "Forks over Knives," which you may find helpful.


However, if you have already made up your mind, this is where your journey may truly begin!


I have received many emails, texts and in person inquiries regarding information on becoming vegan, or structuring meal plans, and although I currently offer meal plans and similar services, I've decided offer an even more personal approach for you.


Although I offer meal plans, training and cleanses already, I decided to offer specific help on the transition of becoming plant-based. 

Many people have spontaneously went at it on their own by looking up a few recipes online and fell off because of lack of ideas and or 



Becoming plant-based is super easy! Skip the tedious Google searches for vegan recipes and plant-based swaps, and use my one-month plan as a guide to tasty plant-based recipes that help you get all of the nutrients you need to feel great!



How does it work?

First you will flush need to flush out some of those old non-plant-based  immediate toxins with a charcoal flush.  Then Using The Nataki Wellness Center's all natural herbal formulas, you will go through a three day colon cleanse.  Then you will cleanse your liver and bladder.   

You will be sent the herbal formulas to make the smoothies yourself.

Now that you have cleansed your body,  you will need to soothe and strengthen it.  You will be given a list of power foods to incorporate along with with all natural herbal teas and how to use them.

Now the fun begins!  You will be given a meal plan that allows for ample amount of natural proteins, calcium, omegas and probiotics.

Finally, time to further personalize and adjust your meal plan.  Since everyone is special and unique in their own way,  it makes sense that the same meal plan may not work for everyone.  So, after finding out what is working for you and what is not, Ayana will adjust your meal plan with you.
