Ayana may include some meditation & ancient lessons.
Ayana Is a Yoga Alliance certified 500hr yoga teacher.
She has been teaching yoga for over 12 years.
Take a break from work! This is a 30 minute class that focuses on stretches revitalizes the body, while the breath work calms and clarifies the mind. All you need is one mat.
Private and small group classes taught virtually and in person. In-person sessions must be taught outside and follow social distancing guidelines.
